Jana is an experienced consultant, internationally certified coach and teacher in intercultural management, communication, customer approach, conflict resolution and mediation.
Her main focus is on diversity and leading multicultural teams. She has lived in Belgium, France, Slovakia and Great Britain, and has worked with expats living in Czechia. She likes to transfer experience from her long-term stays abroad to the corporate environment, nurturing more effective cooperation in international teams.
Jana enjoys working with people from different backgrounds. She has trained clients from the non-profit sector (People in Need, Slovo 21, Inbáze) and from the top and middle management business environment for 15 years.
